Our surveyors specialise in providing cost-effective measured building surveys, catering to a wide array of clients including architects, builders, developers, consulting engineers, and local authorities.
Using the latest 3D laser scanners, tablets, and processing software, we can produce highly accurate and detailed Point Clouds of each project.
Once the point clouds have been registered and georeferenced, we can then extract extremely accurate 3D models or 2D plans.
Our extensive measured building survey expertise spans across a diverse range of structures, including barn conversions, domestic properties, schools, hospitals, offices, cinemas, churches, hotels, and local authority buildings.
Elevations and Street Scenes
If you require Elevations and street scenes, our skilled CAD teams can simply extract the survey data from the point cloud, and produce final plans, to varying levels of detail.
To further ensure the client’s costs are kept to a minimum, we have realised that by discussing the project in more detail we can advise them on the most cost-effective deliverables. The options are as follows:
- Cill Standard: The most economical option, ideal for GIA area calculation.
- Basic: Simple yet highly affordable plans tailored for small-scale refurbishment projects.
- Standard: Well-suited for most project requirements.
- Detailed: Tailored for high-profile projects, such as those listed or with intricately detailed facades.
Floor Plans
The majority of measured building surveys typically involve floor plans, and as with elevations, we strive to keep costs down by customising the standards to match the specific project needs.
Once the specification has been agreed, the floor plans can be directly modelled from the point cloud data produced as 2D plans.
Sections
In instances where consultants require a more comprehensive understanding of building construction, we offer the capability to extract 3D or 2D sections directly from the point cloud data.
