Methodology Survey data

Measured Building Survey
To ensure accurate architectural documentation, a measured building survey was conducted on the main house and associated structures using a Trimble X7 Laser Scanner. This survey provided precise floor plans, elevations, and sectional drawings, capturing essential details of the estate’s late 19th-century design. The data collected allowed for informed decision-making regarding preservation efforts and potential modifications.

Topographical Survey
A topographical survey was carried out across the estate’s varied terrain, mapping key natural and man-made features. The survey included detailed measurements of elevation changes, water features, woodland areas, and open paddocks. Utility Survey
Baypoint Surveys also undertook a comprehensive utility survey to map the location of underground services, including electrical, gas, water, and drainage systems.
