Stewart
Founder | Owner | Managing Director
With over 35 years of experience in land and measured building surveying, Stewart leads Baypoint Surveys with a deep understanding of the industry and a clear focus on trust, quality, and technical excellence.
He’s a member of The Survey Association and an affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors, with a career spanning projects from rail infrastructure to complex coastal sites. Stewart is especially proud of leading a 12-month multidisciplinary rail survey at Templecombe during the COVID-19 pandemic, a true team effort that showcased Baypoint’s capability and resilience.
From Bournemouth Beach to the Houses of Parliament, his work spans both rural and urban landmarks across the South. Stewart has collaborated with organisations including Network Rail, the NHS, the National Trust, and local councils to deliver reliable, high-precision results.
Known for his professionalism and practical approach, Stewart believes great surveying starts with clear communication and long-term trust.
Outside of work, you’ll find him cycling, playing padel tennis, or paddleboarding along the coast with a camera close by to capture the landscape.

As Baypoint’s Business Support Manager, she oversees HR, health and safety, finance, and internal systems, ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Known for her organisational strength and process-driven mindset, Tania has led major improvements across the business, including system rollouts and securing key accreditations like RISQS, CHAS, and Constructionline.
She thrives on simplifying complexity, building effective teams, and creating practical solutions that improve day-to-day operations.
Outside work, you’ll find Tania walking her dog in the New Forest, cheering on her daughter’s netball team, or escaping (literally…she’s a big fan of puzzle rooms!).
Luke
Senior Surveyor
Luke is a Senior Surveyor with eight years of experience and a technical focus on engineering surveys and site setting out. With a Master’s degree in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, he combines academic expertise with hands-on experience across both residential and infrastructure projects.
A standout project for Luke was leading the on-site construction of a new railway overbridge in Bradford on Avon, part of the Wessex Main Line upgrade, where his precision and site coordination were key to its success.
Whether he’s working with local authorities or private clients, Luke brings clarity, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail to every job. He enjoys the variety of working across the South West, from major infrastructure schemes to one-off residential builds, and values the relationships formed along the way.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys football (especially supporting Arsenal), running, cycling, and spending time with family and friends.
