We have developed a huge client base in this field, due to our unrivalled level of communication throughout each project. Our simple but effective workflow keeps the client up to date as the project progresses.
Typical Workflow
General Setting Out Projects
- Baypoint Surveys will liaise with the client, Architects and Engineers to ensure all the
Up-to-date design drawings have been issued. - Create coordinated setting out drawings which are sent to all parties for approval.
- Once the setting out drawings have been agreed and a site Risk assessment has been completed a qualified setting out engineer will attend site to set out.
- All set out points are clearly labelling in accordance with our setting out plans, and colour coded where different features have been set out. This makes it very clear for the clients site teams to understand exactly what has been set out.
- On completion of the days task, our engineers talk through what has been set out, hand over a plan of the setting out drawing, together with any notes that have been made on site.
- Office based QA – Back at the office, our engineers then download the days survey points and check against design plans to ensure everything is within tolerance.
